At Bburago, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Bburago account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
